d&b D20 Amplifier

The d&b D20 Amplifier is a 4-channel amplifier that works to deliver clear and crisp sound by increasing signal strength. This amp is suited to both mobile and installation applications that require low to medium Sound Pressure Level (SPL) capabilities.

The D20 features a Digital Signal Processing (DSP) platform containing configurations for d&b loudspeakers. User-definable settings of up to 10s are possible due to the signal delay capability. The two 16-band equalizers provide parametric, asymmetric, shelving or notch filtering.

The D20 has a colour TFT touchscreen which offers quick access to the menu structure. The front panel, featuring an integrated touchscreen, can be tilted up for easy operation. The equal ratio of signal input to amplifier output channels increases application flexibility.

Class D Amplifiers within the D20 utilise a power supply with active Power Factor Correction (PFC). This makes this amplifier suitable for mains voltages whilst maintaining a stable and increased output when used with weak or unstable mains supplies.

The NL8 provides all outputs on a single connector for loudspeaker multicores. The amplifier also has four individual NL4 connectors; the two central connections allow configuration for Mix TOP/SUB and 2-Way Active mode output.
